  • Athlete Notes

    Today is about skill under load and controlled fatigue. Hang Power Cleans are at 80–85% — move tight, smooth, and intentional. Every rep counts; sloppy catches or missed reps aren’t part of this session.

    The ladder moves up 2–4–6–8–10 for cleans + push presses. After each round, hit the bike for 12 calories — steady, controlled, repeatable. The ladder resets after 10, shake it out, and build back stronger.

    Focus on:
    • Clean mechanics first — elbows, feet, bar path
    • Push Press control — don’t lock out early
    • Bike effort — smooth and strong, consistent
    • Round-to-round rhythm — technique before speed
