    Week 3 is about holding effort, not experimenting. You’ve already explored loads and movement earlier in the phase—today is about repeating quality under fatigue. Choose weights you can move well when tired, keep the hinge clean, and stay purposeful through the slams and up-downs. Eight minutes is long enough to test pacing and standards, so don’t fade early and don’t chase novelty. Show up, hold the line, and do known work well.
