    Today is a pressure day. You’ll build to a heavy set of 6 on the back squat — challenging, focused, and clean — then use the drop sets to prove you can hold position when the legs are tired. After that, the conditioning is about staying smooth and composed, not rushing or forcing speed. Expect the lungs to work and the legs to feel it, but keep every rep intentional. This session isn’t about chasing numbers or rounds — it’s about showing you can handle load, manage fatigue, and keep moving well from start to finish.
