    Hit your hinge of choice and build to a heavy set of 6 reps at RIR 2 — focus on tight positions and controlled bar path. Then move to conditioning: “Earn Your Rest” on a 5-minute clock x3 rounds — Bike 1500m, Row 750m, Ski 750m. Push each piece with good technique, finish efficiently, and use whatever time remains to recover before the next round. This is a deload-style session: maintain effort and engine work without sacrificing form, leaving your strength ready for the next phase.
