The conditioning piece is a core endurance sprint — stay smooth through GHDs and twists, then attack the 200 m row or ski at 85–90% effort. Move with intent but don’t rush form; the goal is powerful, controlled core work under fatigue. Aim to finish in roughly 8–10 minutes.
