    With today’s heavy squat build, you’ll need to move fast with the clock running.

    Move with a strong brace, like with a soda can, once its open or has a hole to release pressure, it’ll lose rigidity fast.

    Little fun conditioning piece to end out the session, so what if a few reps on the jump rope is the price of admission. Sometimes you just gotta pay to play.
