    Getting more complex on the clean today adding in the squat, aim to receive the bar, and smoothly ride it down into the squat, at the top, take a breath, re-brace, and squat it one more time for good measure. As a result today, the squat will be easy relative what you might frontsquat from the rack.

    Introducing a new landmine rotation drill sure to light up the core, followed by some shoulder love for accessory.
    Simple but spicy in todays conditioning. Big HR spikes from DU → legs → burpee power, maximal interference, the saving grace… Having a partner show up.
