    Overhead squat on the block today. With overarching goal of quality, loading today will take a passenger seat as we focus on position, mechanics, and tension. Athletes can expect to strive for complete range of motion, with a humbling effect created by any limitations to mobility.

    Looking to continue to build our overhead strength and stability through our accessory today, done as 3 giant sets, athletes will continue moving through the round once they begin. Choose loading that allows success, but requires focus, attention and commitment.

    Conditioning today is a simple body weight triplet paired with a row. each round athletes will add a a round of Cindy to their bodyweight block.

    1 round Cindy = 5 pull up or ring row, 10 push up, 15 air squats.
