    Frontsquat waves today. Taking extra time with our mobility today top open up our front rack position. Allowing for a strong brace through the drunk, and the bar to rest on the shoulder of the rack position. Driving up hard against the bar as we come back to standing we can imagine leading upwards with the elbows.

    Building our ability to resist flexion and rotation through our accessory, slight amount of hand eye coordination on the hand to hand swings, but primary focus in on the obliques.

    Big engine push conditioning today as there’s really nothing long enough or difficult enough to warrant stopping. Control the throttle to put it to the floor as you inch towards the finish line. 5+ rounds should be a fair target.
