    Today’s session is all about controlled volume and building strength under tension. Hit those 1¼ Zurcher squats with focus—elbows high, chest up, drive through the glutes and quads, and own every rep. Don’t chase max load; make each rep count and feel the tension.

    Accessory work is fresh today—single-leg glute bridges, chest-supported rows, and Pallof presses—so push for quality and control, not just the numbers.

    The conditioning is short and sharp, a finisher to leave you breathing but still moving with purpose. Stay tight, stay intentional, and remember: today is about resilience, control, and smart volume—dig in and own it.
