    Start with EMOM 10 Power Clean Doubles at a heavy but controlled load — no misses, no crashing catches, no ugly saves; singles are fine if needed to stay tight. Then hit the For Time (cap 20 min): 50 Cal Bike, 40 Wall Balls, 30 Power Cleans, 20 Toes-to-Bar (or knee raises), 10 Clean & Jerks. Focus on smooth transitions, posture, and pacing — this is your Phase 2 capstone, testing engine, skill, and grit under fatigue. Track your time to benchmark performance, but maintain form over speed; every rep counts.
