    With the axle bar in play today, expect to have your grip challenged more than the legs, however, with emphasis on position, you shouldn’t be short changed along the way. Building through waves, the second time you see each weight, you should notice that it does in fact feel a lot more secure in the hands. Push the floor away as you come to standing.

    Accessory has the return of the sandbag, this time with a big hug holding it at your stomach and marching for 1 minute. work to breathe and brace as you fight the clock on this one. Narrow grip handles on the row should just bring that grib back into place as you row up and in on the handles.

    Strongman style on the conditioning today should be a slow burn, hoping to recover after pushing the pace on the burpees. expext to push towards 4 rounds or more total on this today.
